Please be advised that the Shoal Harbour Causeway is now open to vehicles and pedestrians.
“The completion of the Shoal Harbour Causeway bridge replacement is certainly welcome news. Opening of the Causeway on December 8th will bring an end to this long-awaited construction project. Residents and visitors can now safety travel along this route.
On behalf of Council, I would like to thank residents for your cooperation and patience during the bridge replacement. We would also like to thank the contractors, engineering consultants and Town Staff for their work on completing this project on schedule. An official opening ceremony will take place at a later date.
