Public Consultation:
The general public is invited to view a draft copy of the Town of Clarenville Municipal Plan Amendment No. 4, 2026 and Development Regulations Amendment No. 5, 2026.
Municipal Plan Amendment No. 4, 2026, proposes to change an area of land at the extreme east end of Cormack Drive, from Environmental Protection to Mixed Use. Development Regulations Amendment No. 5, 2026, will change the same area of land from Environmental Protection (EP) to Mixed Use (MU).
The public may provide any comments or concerns on the proposed change to the Town in writing before Council proceeds with adopting the proposed amendments.
The Town of Clarenville draft Municipal Plan Amendment No. 4, 2026 and Development Regulations Amendment No. 5, 2026, shall be on display from August 13 to August 20, 2026, from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Town Hall, Clarenville.
The deadline for written comments shall be 4:00 pm, August 20, 2026.
