The general public is invited to view a draft copy of the Town of Clarenville Development Regulations Amendment No. 4, 2026.
Development Regulations Amendment No. 4, 2026, proposes to to add a new definition for “Rage Room” to Schedule A. Make Changes to Schedule B by adding Rage Room, Escape Rooms, and Axe Throwing to the list of examples as found in Amusement, Classification of Land and Buildings, Schedule B, and adding the following condition to Schedule C.
The public may provide any comments or concerns on the proposed change to the Town in writing before Council proceeds with adopting the proposed amendments. The Town of Clarenville draft Development Regulations Amendment No. 4, 2026, shall be on display July 16 to July 23, 2026, from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Town Hall, Clarenville.
The deadline for written comments shall be 4:00 pm. July 23, 2026.
