Employment Opportunity: Voter List Coordinator

The Town of Clarenville is currently accepting applications for the position of Voter List Coordinator Summer Employment). This is a temporary, full-time position based at the Town Hall.

DUTIES:

The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Corporate Services and will be responsible for compiling a Voter List for the 2021 Municipal Election.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The successful candidate must have experience working with word processing and spreadsheet software, excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle. Completion of an Office or Business Administration program would be considered an asset. Preference will be given to individuals with previous election experience (Municipal, Provincial or Federal).

HOURS OF WORK:

35 hours per week
