The Town of Clarenville is inviting sealed bids for the purchase of the following used equipment, offered as-is, where-is, with specified minimum reserve bids.
Terms and Conditions:
• All equipment is sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties, express or implied.
• Approximate kilometers and hours are provided; actual figures may vary slightly.
• Minimum reserve bids must be met or exceeded.
• The successful bidder shall be responsible for the payment of any applicable sales tax (HST).
• The Town of Clarenville reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
• Payment must be made in full by certified cheque or cash within 3 business days of bid acceptance.
• Equipment must be removed from the premises within 2 business days from payment.

Submission Details:
• All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Tender 08-2025 – Used Equipment Sales – Town of Clarenville”.
• Bids must include the bidder’s full name, address, phone number, email, and the amount of bid per item.
• Bids must be received no later than, August 12th, 2025, at 12:00 pm.
