Please be advised that the Town has received an application requesting a 10% variance to the maximum floor area permitted for an accessory building at 7 Country Road. As per the Town’s Development Regulations, the maximum allowable floor area for an accessory building in the Residential Medium Density Zone, based on the lot size, is 150 m².
This notice has been published exclusively online and accessible on the Town’s Official Facebook page and website. It will also be issued on the Voyent Alert app to all persons whose land is in the
immediate vicinity of the proposed development and will allow a minimum of 7 days for response.
Anyone wishing to make representation on this matter must do so in writing and the representation must be received by the Public Works and Planning Department, Town of Clarenville, no later than 4:30 pm, Wednesday, July 16, 2025.
