The Town of Clarenville would like to inform the public of the businesses who are open and any special precautions or delivery options that are offered. Please see list below.

| Sobey’s The health and wellness of our teammates and customers remains our very top priority. In our effort to do everything we can to help keep our communities healthy, as of Friday March 20, we are temporarily changing our store hours to 8:00AM – 8:00PM daily. This will provide our incredibly hard-working front-line teams with more time to restock our shelves and complete necessary cleaning and sanitizing procedures, while ensuring some much deserved time to rest. |

| Great Canadian Dollar Store We are open for business. We have cleaning supplies, personal hygiene, baby and everyday items. We are also allowing people to pay in the parking lot with debit or credit and call ahead to place order if they do not feel comfortable coming inside. We have all necessary precautions put in place to ensure the safety of our staff and customers. |

| The Book Store & More Open for business. Located in the Clarenville Shopping Center supplying the area with Royal Canin pet foods, paint and books. As for what precautions we are taking, as of March 12 no used books coming back into the store are being put out for sale until two weeks from date of return. Once credited each bag or box of books is dated and put in a storage room for 14 days to ensure the safety of our customers. We are of course wiping down the debit machine, counter, door handles etc. with cleaner after each customer and practicing social distancing. |
