Notice is hereby given that the Town of Clarenville has received an application for an accessory building to be located in front of the main dwelling at 14 Aspen Lane. The proposed location of the accessory building would place it closer to the street than the main dwelling. The property is located within the Residential Medium Density Zone. In accordance with Section 38 of the Town
of Clarenville Development Regulations (2022–2032), the proposed development may be approved at Council’s discretion.
This notice has been published exclusively online and accessible on the Town’s Official Facebook page and website. It will also be issued on the Voyent Alert app to all persons whose land is in the immediate vicinity of the proposed development and will allow a minimum of 7 days for response.
Anyone wishing to make representation on this matter must do so in writing and the representation must be received by the Public Works and Planning Department, Town of Clarenville, no later than 4:30 pm, September 18, 2026.
