The Town of Clarenville has completed a new Housing Needs Assessment. The Final Assessment Report provides an in-depth analysis of the current housing situation and identifies anticipated housing need for the next 5 years. The Town commissioned this report in hope that the findings will guide investments in future housing and infrastructure improvements as the Town of Clarenville continues to grow and prosper.
