Procurement Reporting

As per Section 20, Summary of Reporting, of the Public Procurement Policy (Public-Procurement-Policy_Feb-5-2024.pdf (gov.nl.ca) a public body is to report the award of an Open Call for Bids and Limited Call for Bids to their website within 30 days of contract award.

Thresholds for reporting are as follows:

  • Goods ($10,000 and above)
  • Services ($50,000 and above)
  • Public Works ($100,000 and above)
