Council is pleased to announce that automatic waste collection will be implemented this Summer in Clarenville.
Each residential property will be provided a new garbage bin. Automated garbage collection ensures each household has a clean, rodent-proof bin. It also provides the contractor with a safe, efficient method of collecting waste with less exposure to hazards such as sharp objects.
The exact start date is still to be determined as we are in the process of procuring the new garbage bins and working with the contractor to develop the implementation schedule.
