Ted Cooper was another important figure who helped shape our community.
Ted was a pillar of the Shoal Harbour and Clarenville communities—a dedicated civic leader, a passionate sports builder, and a selfless volunteer firefighter. Renowned for his boundless energy, he devoted his life to creating opportunities for others, ultimately leaving an indelible mark on local recreation and public service before his passing at age 52.
A meeting room in the Clarenville Events Centre bears his name in honour of his many contributions.
