The Town of Clarenville are accepting resumes for one (1) temporary, seasonal Utility Worker/Recreation position. This position is a temporary replacement, which will begin as soon as possible and will run for at least 6 weeks. Under the supervision of the Recreation Manager, the seasonal worker will work with other Town staff to perform various maintenance duties at the recreation facilities, trails, and open spaces throughout the Town, as well as perform various duties required during special events.
Successful applicants must have a valid driver’s license, be bond-able, and have a high school diploma (or equivalent). Demonstrated carpentry or mechanical skills would be a definite asset. Experience with landscaping or grounds maintenance would also be a definite asset.
