Notice of Discretionary Use: Huntley Drive

The Town of Clarenville has received an application for a new commercial building to be erected on the property adjacent to civic # 125 Huntley Drive for the purpose of relocating the SPCA Thrift Store into the new building. This area of the Town is currently zoned Public Use and the Town is looking at permitting this development.

Under Section 30 of the Town’s Development Regulations, a public notice of any application of discretionary use is required. Any person wishing to view the application may do so by visiting
the Town Hall between the hours of 9:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday, until April 1, 2021.
