Notice of Discretionary Use

The Town of Clarenville has received an application to permit one (1) single family dwelling at 19 Palmer’s Lane. The Town’s Development Regulations permit this type of activity as a Discretionary Use as it is located partially in an Environmental
Protection Zone.

Under Section 30 of the Town’s Development Regulations, a public notice of any application of discretionary use is required. Any person wishing to view the application may do so by visiting the Town Hall, located at 44 Tilley’s Road, between the hours of 9:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, until February 15th, 2021.
