WE ARE UPDATING OUR VOTERS LIST FOR THE UPCOMING MUNICIPAL ELECTION
If any of these apply to you, please contact us by using the info below:
- Are you a new resident in our Town since the last voter’s list was prepared in 2017?
- Is there someone in your household who will be voting for the first time (turning 18 by September 28th)?
- Was there someone in your household who was on the voter’s list in 2017 who is no longer living there?
- Have you moved to another street since 2017?
In order to have your name added to the Voters List & avoid delays on Election Day, we will require the following:
- Civic Address
- Date of Birth
- Phone Number
Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org or call Hannah at (709)466-7937 and leave your information along with your phone number in the event we need to contact you for
clarification. PLEASE NOTE: ONLY YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS WILL APPEAR ON THE VOTERS LIST. YOUR PHONE NUMBER AND DATE OF BIRTH WILL NOT BE SHARED.
We would appreciate receiving this information as soon as possible however, the deadline to have your name added is August 20th
