“OFFICE CLERK – EEC”
Temporary Maternity Leave – 12 to 18 months
Applications are invited to fill the position of Office Clerk. This is a full-time position based at the Eastlink Event Centre. This is a temporary maternity leave replacement position.
The Office Clerk is responsible for the operation of the EEC business office. This position will also be required to assist in the box office if required. The hours of work are 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday located at the Eastlink Event Centre.
The successful applicant will have general knowledge of office practices, basic accounting, excellent verbal and written communication skills and computer skills that include word processing, spreadsheets and computerized accounting.
Candidates must have completed a Business Administration program. Work experience in a municipal environment would be considered an asset. Detailed job description is available upon request.
The successful applicant will be required to provide a Certificate of Conduct from the RCMP.
